The free Super Bowl Experience opens on January 29th on the Tampa Riverwalk

TAMPA, Fla. – Get ready for Super Bowl LV, Tampa Bay!

Football fans will soon have the opportunity to take part in the Super Bowl Experience, an interactive football theme park in Julian B. Lane Park – on Tampa’s Riverwalk.

The Super Bowl Experience begins Friday January 29th – Sunday January 31st and Wednesday February 3rd – Saturday February 6th.

You can compare your 40 yard hitting time with the pros, score field goals in the Play 60 zone and snap a photo with the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

“It gives people a chance to come down and make memories of the Super Bowl. Experience whether it is stabbing, passing, kicking. Be interactive. Photo opportunities, “said Rob Higgins, president of the Super Bowl host committee.

COVID-19 means some changes for the Super Bowl Experience. For example, personal autograph sessions with NFL players are off. And there will be limited capacity with all common security protocols.

“Great protocols like mandatory mask wear, pre-health screening, and social distancing. We’re doing our part to make it a really fun, yet safe event, “said Higgins.

Curtis Hixon Park is the live music venue and the official NFL merchandise shop.

The Riverwalk will also have a technology village.

In total, the events stretch for nearly three miles to Sparkman’s Wharf.

To stay up to date on all Super Bowl events, download the NFL’s One Pass app.

You can use it to register for the free tickets that will take you to the Super Bowl experience.
