Healthy Teens Coalition Appoints New Managing Director Executive

The Healthy Teens Coalition of Manatee County recently named Jonathan Evans as their new chief executive officer. Evans, who moved to Sarasota from London, brings 11 years of civil service experience in the UK government. The Healthy Teens Coalition, founded in 2010, aims to provide local youth with the tools, knowledge, and skills to make healthy, informed decisions about their physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing. The organization uses high school students as peer educers to engage other young people as well as parents, community leaders, and policy makers.
