Church is a Grammy-nominated country singer-songwriter best known for songs like “Springsteen”. Sullivan is a Grammy-nominated R&B singer whose song “Bust Your Windows” was a Billboard Top 40 hit. They will perform the national anthem together, although it is unclear whether it is a duet or whether Church accompanies Sullivan on guitar.

Before the anthem, the singer, songwriter and guitar virtuoso HER will perform this additional ode to the nation.

The Weeknd will perform the halftime show
The R&B singer had a tremendous year with his hit “Blinding Lights” and the album After Hours. He is expected to have a number of special guests during his performance.

Only 22,000 fans are allowed to enter the game at Raymond James Stadium
Of these, 7,500 will be vaccinated healthcare workers, mostly in the Tampa Bay area. The NFL says the game will include tributes to health care workers who served during the pandemic.

Super Bowl LV tickets start at $ 10,000 in the secondary market
According to the ticket resale platform TicketIQ, the cheapest in-house seats will cost $ 10,151 as of Jan. 26. This is the highest entry price since 2010 when TicketIQ started tracking prices. In addition, fewer than 500 seats are available in the secondary market.

Fans can take part in the free NFL Super Bowl Experience
Along the Tampa Riverwalk, fans can visit the “Interactive Football Theme Park” from January 29th to February 6th (closed on February 1st and 2nd). Visitors can virtually meet players and NFL legends, snap photos with the Lombardi trophy, shop for merchandise, take part in interactive activities and see all 54 Super Bowl rings up close. To maintain social distance, you must download the NFL OnePass app to book a session time. Masks are also required. Activities take place in Julian B. Lane Park, Curtis Hixon Park, MacDill Park, and Sparkman Wharf. CBS will be headquartered at Armature Works during Super Bowl week.

The Tampa Bay Super Bowl LV Hosts Committee is determined to give back
With its Forever 55 campaign, the committee gives back to all sorts of causes in the Tampa Bay area and leaves a legacy that extends far beyond the game. To name a few, greening efforts have helped clean up the coastline on Picnic Island, as well as in Maximo and Mosaic parks. A $ 2 million grant to the American Cancer Society is designed to help local families at risk with limited access to cancer screenings stay healthy, and the Super Kids Super Sharing program provides 4,500 local children with sports equipment, school supplies and games.

Tampa Bay is fighting human trafficking
Every year the Super Bowl brings a lot of attention to human trafficking, and this year the NFL, the players, and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody partnered with It’s A Penalty to launch a global anti-trafficking campaign . Tampa International Airport has been equipped with digital signage and an art installation to educate travelers about human trafficking, which can lead to an increase in major events.
